As many of you know, I've been able to spend a few weeks with my family on shore leave. It really does feel like coming home- and it really is. I was born in this house and spend 4 years of my earliest life here. I also dearly love my family and when more and more of us are in one place and a time, the more....interesting...life gets with that many people of the same genes. It's fantastic and I really don't want to leave.

this was our sunday night dessert. only about 10 minutes of time but yes, it was ice cream. =)

Loved reading it and seeing the photos of the 'dessert' together. Brought back fun memories, we need to do it more often. Miss you tons. When are you coming back?
